CLINICAL FEATURES OF COMMUNITY-ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA IN ELDERLY AND SENILE PATIENTS
In the paper we have presented the results of clinical studies of the particularities of community-acquired pneumonia in elderly and senile patients in ambulatory conditions. It was found that in studied patients infectious process occurs on the polymorbidity background, it is typical rare appearance of fever, sputum production, and leukocytosis, the prevalence of dyspnea and weakness. There was a high percentage of excretion of gram-negative bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and Haemophilusinfluenzae.
